1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold through our platform are liquidation goods. As such:

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase.

• All merchandise is sold “as-is”, which may include overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns, or damaged items.

2. Order Discrepancies

If you receive an order that is:

• Significantly different from the manifest

• Missing items listed

• Damaged due to shipping (not disclosed in manifest)

Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing [your support email] with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Supporting photos or videos of the merchandise and packaging

We will review your claim and respond within 2–5 business days. Partial credit, reshipment, or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

3. Shipping Damages

All shipments are FOB origin, meaning liability for goods transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

If you suspect carrier damage, please:

• Refuse the shipment or note damage upon delivery

• Take clear photos of the packaging and product

• Submit a claim with the carrier and notify us immediately

4. Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and may involve legal action.

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Returns must be shipped back within 5 business days

• Items must be in original received condition

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A 15–25% restocking fee may apply
