1. What are liquidation pallets?

Liquidation pallets are bulk lots of merchandise sold at discounted prices. These goods may come from store closures, overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, or seasonal clearances from major retailers and manufacturers.


2. What kind of products are included in a pallet?

Product categories may include:

  • Electronics

  • Apparel & footwear

  • Home goods

  • Tools & hardware

  • Health & beauty items

  • Toys & baby products

  • General merchandise

Each pallet varies depending on the supplier and the type of liquidation.


3. Are the items new or used?

Liquidation pallets may include:

  • New (overstock or surplus)

  • Shelf-pulls (unsold inventory)

  • Customer returns (lightly used or open-box)

  • Damaged or defective items

We always strive to provide accurate manifests and grading details where available.


4. Can I choose what goes into a pallet?

Most pallets are pre-packed and sold as-is. However, in some cases, we offer custom pallets or allow you to choose by product category or condition (new, returns, etc.).


5. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Send email request with the pallet(s) you're interested in.

  2. Request a manifest if available.

  3. Confirm the shipping destination.

  4. Make payment via wire transfer, USDT, or Bitcoin.

  5. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.


6. What are your payment terms?

We accept:

  • Bank Wire Transfer

  • USDT (Tether)

  • Bitcoin

Orders are shipped only after full payment is received and cleared. You are responsible for all associated bank fees and shipping charges.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping options include:

  • Air Freight (fastest, more expensive)

  • Ocean Freight (cost-effective for bulk orders)

We’ll help coordinate logistics and provide estimated delivery timelines.


8. Do you provide shipping insurance?

Shipping insurance is available upon request and is highly recommended. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit without insurance.


9. Can I return a pallet or request a refund?

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of liquidation goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review all product details and manifests carefully before purchasing.
